We work towards eradicating the socio-cultural barriers and poor perception of the role of women in STEM that prevents young girls from seeing STEM and leadership pathways as feasible careers.
We provide young women access to role models, mentors and networks to rely on throughout their own STEM and leadership in efforts to curb the 'leaky pipeline' effect that is prominent in the current academic and professional landscape.

Bridging the gap between academia and industry will set the ground for generating mutually beneficial engagements that have previously not been explored. Through our work, we wish to reduce the stigma surrounding STEM pathways, share the needs of the market, highlight careers that will be in demand in the future and provide young adults with sufficient information, networks and mentorship to enable them to better shape their futures.
By offering more opportunities, we aim to retain young talent within Kenya thus creating a talent pipeline in STEM that will allow young adults to realise their full socio-economic potential.
