Stripes & Stars is our flagship program that provides proper exposure and support to young adults so that they can tackle the biases surrounding STEM and leadership pathways.

We are determine to create the much needed early intervention to excite and inspire a new generation to become the STEMists and leaders of tomorrow.
We work closely with schools (both in the public and private sector) to create a co-curricular initiative focused on STEM outreach and leadership development.

In our STEM focus, we bring practical learning to life using hands-on activities. This provides young adults with physical and realistic examples of the application of STEM and fosters innovative thinking while augmenting classroom learning.

Through our Leadership focus, we nurture young minds with professional skills. We introduce them to networks that develop their social education beyond the scope of the classroom.

PRACTICAL SESSIONS
We have created a custom curriculum that introduces students to various applications of STEM subjects and leadership qualities.
From making an aeroplane using household materials and learning about their leadership style to playing with robots and upskilling their negotiation skills, each week is different from the next

DELIVERABLE PROJECT
During the course of the program, each cohort will be tasked with either a technical or soft skills project. This could range from coding an app and creating local recycling projects to acting as consultants to local businesses and companies.
Not only does this allow students to instantly apply what they learn in the practical sessions but also exposes them to teamworking, project management, innovative thinking and problem solving mindsets.

MENTORING
There is no better way to explore the vast ocean of STEM and leadership than with a mentor guiding you like the North Star. We have put together a team of experienced, enthusiastic and engaging mentors to guide, advice and 'Stripe' our young audiences with wisdom, insights and new experiences. Our mentors will support the professional and personal development of our young students so that they can eventually become the 'Stars' of their own journey.

SITE VISITS & GUEST LECTURES
From the dawn of time, story-telling has shaped the perceptions of the young people about the world around them.
Likewise, we believe that the true picture of STEM and leadership can only be painted through the stories of their impact on our lives and the world.
We want our students to get existed by the 'birthing' of a chocolate in a factory and to get inspired by the resillience in the face of adversity.
